In this spotlight of a price comparison, we are showing a side-by-side of a Lane Venture patio sectional (firepit not included) and an Ashley patio sectional (firepit included). The Lane Venture is priced around $6,000 and this would be what we sell to customer coming in and designing with more of a luxurious budget. Our day-to-day customer is most likely going to come in wanting something around the $2,000 price point like this Ashley sectional and firepit. Both pieces are great quality and investment pieces, but this shows that you can achieve the same “high end” look without breaking the bank, especially with outdoor furniture.

BEDROOM FURNITURE:

Bedroom furniture pricing can be all over the place, especially when it comes to different brands. When it comes to bedroom furniture you have to take into account that you purchase a “bedframe” but not everything is included with the bed, so the headboard, footboard, and rails can add up quick! Then you start adding name brands like Bernhardt, Century, Hooker, Bramble, etc. and that brings on all new pricing. In our bedroom price comparison, we are looking at 2 different style bedframes that give you the same look. We have an upholstered & wood trim bedframe from Hooker Furniture that will run around $1,700. Then we have an upholstered & wood trim bedframe from Ashley that will run around $700-$800. Both give you the same ideal look, but it just depends on budget. If you love the Hooker bed, but not the price this shows we can still help you achieve the look!

LIVING ROOM FURNITURE:

In our final price comparison, we are taking a look at leather sectionals! Now, the joy with most sectionals that you buy no matter the brand you can take pieces out or add them and that as a result takes some of the pricing out or increases it. Sectionals are great because they really can be custom to our customers space and goals. So, on the left we have a stunning best-seller for us and that is our Bernhardt genuine leather sectional that is going to run around $7k+ if you get the 5 pieces. And on the right, we have a power genuine leather sectional from BarcaLounger that will run around $4k+ for the 6 pieces. When you buy a sectional, you pay for each individual piece so prices are subject to change, but for standard sectionals staged on our floor this is a good pricing comparison! We do have upholstered ones in Ashley and other brands that can be as low as $2k+ so its best to come take a look around our store and get a feel for yourself and what you’re looking for in your home!
